I have created a few websites in WordPress so that I can promote the CPA.
Promotion offers CPA (cost per action) online. Monitoring charts as often as possible and changing bids as soon as possible depending on the landing page visits Finding new methods and techniques for promoting CPA offers
October 2014 - January 2015
Provided information about the company's products and services, to the customers that were dialling *222 (customer care). Provided support to solve specific situations and issues encountered by Vodafone customers. Promoted extra options to the existing subscribers. Participation in specialized training to build a more solid basis knowledge, hence in this regard, I was trying to provide the most optimal solution for the end customer in order for him to be satisfied with the services used.
March 2015 - November 2015
Managing existent accounts in the database.
Analysis of current offers and promotion available for:TV, Internet and telephone services, provided by the company. Promoting offers and promotions to the existing customers/subscribers, taken from the company's database.
January 2016 - February 2017
Offering technical support for the following fitness brands: NordicTrack,Proform,Weslo and Weider, owned by customers from: UK,Ireland and Scotland ( English speaker customers from the EU were also covered). Taking calls/e-mails from stores/sales department and final customers. Diagnosing the existing issue of the sold products and offering the customer a final/altenartive solution by using the information learned during training ,logics and also by using the products explained diagrams and manuals. Sending part and/or local engineer to the customer ; sending software updated and maintenance procedures (offering information by the phone as well).Recovering products and replacing/refunding them by keeping in touch with our UK Colleagues (Sales Department) and the Retailers. Registering warranty extensions and present ICON Health & Fitness terms & conditions (for collection, in warranty and out of warranty products)
I have trained two of my colleagues on the technical part and provided them information about how the issues of the products can be solved from case to case. This has happened after 8 months in the department, when I had solid knowledge about the products and their issues.
I have also provided my Italian skill for the Dell - Customer Feedback role for 3 months. I was doing outbound calls to customers from Italy, which recently had a phone conversation with one of their operators and I was asking a series of question in order to register the customers feedback.

Working with end customers and with internal employees, on the Spare Parts Engineer department
Providing spare parts (such as: routers, servers, antenas, hard disks etc ) to end customers and internal engineers.
Understanding the flow of delivery&return of the provided parts, in order to respect the agreed contractual terms with our customers.
Tracking deliveries with delivery companies such as: DHL,Nemo,TNT etc ; checking warranties of products.
Keeping in touch with warehouse colleagues, field engineers, transportator and end customer, in order to respect the KPI and quick solve any discrepancies.
Solving delivery issues, spare parts isues (such as stock and replenishment)
Cancelling engineer requests, customer deliveries, system deliveries, carrier deliveries (in their system)
Transfering parts, finding information about products in the company's internal program, closing orders, checking local stock for warehouses and other small locations.
I worked as a secondary country handler for: France,Germany and Italy
I handle the bussines on Romania. This requires to keep good communication and provide ASAP support, parts and reports, to big customers such as: Vodafone,Telekom,Orange,Ericsson etc. Solving discrepancies and understanding the process of delivery, cancellation,E-flow and others, in order to keep a clean business

Keeping in touch with local team from other countries and with local team from owned country in order to respect contract and get support/ give assistance.

I had 4 customers which were working at their own websites and their requests were to edit HTML and CSS codes such as: text align, background color, text color,font, paragraphs, margins,borders, creating a table and structuring lists, insterting links,images etc... This was personalized from customer to customer in a structured matter so that I would accomplish the customer tasks. Basically I was working on website pages ( how they were structured and colored)
